By Appointment Only
Your consultation is a time to set directly with your Floral Designer to discuss all ideas and details about your flowers. I am quite flexible as far as when and what time. You can set up a consultation by contacting me via e-mail or a simple phone call. There are a few things that I require for your consultation:
Pictures, Pictures, Pictures - I love to see what ideas you have in store, this is really the only way for me to ensure I am on the "Same Page" as you!
Swatches of your Bridal Gown and/or your Bridesmaids Dresses - If a swatch is not available, a picture will also work. I prefer to see possible detailing of your dress to make sure that your flowers will not over power or undermine your dress.
Church Floral Policies are very important - Many Churchs and Chapels are very particular in what decorations are allowed. I would appreciate if you brought a copy of this policy of your ceremony site to our consultation, so that I can ensure all the details of your wedding day go accordingly!
The Process
Once we go through all the details in our consultation, I will give you a Proposal stating all the details, flowers, styles and Pricing. The Proposal will be itemized and detailed. I will give this to you either via fax or e-mail. Whatever is stated in the Proposal is NOT set in stone for your wedding. Even after the Floral Agreement is signed and you book my services for your wedding date, If there is anything that needs to be changed, altered or added, that is NOT a problem to change. I understand that in the process of planning your wedding things can always change, so if things even need to change, it can easily be done.
This consultation will not be the only appointment we ever have. I like to have several appointments at your convenience, following our inital consultation, a few months before the wedding, I prefer to sit down with you and further discuss the small details of the wedding day and your flowers. Our final appointment can be set anywhere from one month to two weeks prior to the wedding date. At this time, I like to finalize everything with delivery times, addresses, names, etc.
